Buff-winged Starfrontlet, Coelegena lutetiae
Male above, female (with tongue way out!) below. Both sexes have the unique
buff patch on the wings; male is black above where female is green, solid green
below where female has green spots on buff, and has throat green with small
violet patch where female's throat is mostly buff.
