Sapphire-vented Puffleg, Eriocnemis luciani
This gorgeous high-mountain hummingbird is a puffleg by virtue of the white-feather
leggings just visible in this picture; for better illustration of this feature on another
hummer see the boots of the Booted Rackettail. Both sexes look the same in this
species.
