Yellow-headed Caracara, Milvago chimachima
I got several good looks at Yellow-headed Caracaras during our stay at
Lookout Inn in Carate, but never when I could get my camera on the bird.
So I was left to make do with this very distant picture of a bird far ahead of
me while I walked back to the Inn along the Carate road. Despite my best
efforts, the bird flushed before I could get close enough for a decent picture.
